Some lyrics videos are better than the official deal — such is the case with Joe Jonas’ vid for “See No More.” That’s why we’re pleased to announce that Jonas’ spray-painted masterpiece has nabbed the award for Best Lyrics Video.
Jonas’ vid definitely was up against some stiff competition — Gym Class Heroes’ old-school boombox video for “Stereo Hearts” was a rad throwback, and Christina Perri’s stop-action “Arms” was a lovely twist on projecting your feelings. Still, Jonas’ video, featuring artist Curtis Kulig spraypainting song lyrics on a wall, was the clear winner.
